With a comprehensive background in designing, building, and repairing residential and commercial mechanical systems, Allan's knowledge extends to both new construction projects and renovation endeavors. His time working alongside general contractors and homeowners in the HVAC field has equipped him with invaluable skills in orchestrating large-scale construction jobs, diligently managing subcontractors, and consistently exceeding customer expectations. After graduating from Temple University in 2018 with a degree in communications, Jordan joined Allan in the construction industry. Jordan learned the valuable lesson of how to combine the knowledge of a contractor with the ability to communicate effectively. Now, Jordan and Allan have formed the partnership of J&A Total Construction. Through his years of experience in the construction industry, he has honed his skills in managing large-scale construction projects. Notably, Jordan successfully oversaw the ground-up construction of 47 units, managing of all the trade work performed in the building. His strong communication and management skills, combined with his extensive knowledge of various trades, allow him to efficiently complete projects with premium finishes.
